About me
I’m Jarom Stubbs—a certified Vivation Professional, mindfulness and breathwork teacher, and longtime educator. For over a decade, I’ve helped children, teens, and adults build emotional resilience, reconnect with their inner calm, and grow with greater self-acceptance.
With a background in public education and a Master’s degree in teaching, I combine evidence-based tools with deep personal presence. Whether I’m guiding a child through a moment of mindfulness or supporting an adult through transformational breathwork, my goal is the same: to help people feel more free, more whole, and more connected to themselves.

Vivation Breathwork
Vivation is a gentle yet powerful breathwork practice that helps release emotional blocks and reconnect you with your natural joy and clarity. Using a specific breathing pattern, body awareness, and radical self-acceptance, Vivation guides you to feel emotions fully and integrate them with ease—without needing to talk through or analyze them.
Sessions are led by Jarom Stubbs, M.Ed., certified Vivation Professional, mindfulness teacher, and educator. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow, Vivation supports deep emotional healing and lasting inner freedom.

Sound Journey
A Deep Dive into Inner Stillness
This immersive experience invites you to rest, receive, and reconnect. Using the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other resonant instruments, this sound journey gently guides you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state—where mental chatter softens, the body unwinds, and emotional layers begin to release.
Whether you’re processing something tender, seeking a reset, or simply wanting to drop into stillness, this session offers a sacred space to be with yourself in a new way. No effort is required; just lie back, listen, and allow the sound to do the work.

Kids Summer Camps
Our Mindfulness Camp offers kids a playful, supportive space to explore calm, focus, and emotional strength. Through creative movement, breathwork, games, and hands-on activities, campers learn practical tools to navigate big feelings and build confidence from the inside out.
Each session is tailored to the age group, with developmentally appropriate activities that make mindfulness fun and meaningful. Camps are led by Jarom Stubbs, a certified instructor in mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, with a Master’s degree in education and over a decade of teaching experience. Kids leave feeling more connected—to themselves, to others, and to the present moment.
