Breath and Bowls

Conscious Connected Breathing

Conscious connected breathing is a powerful technique that involves breathing deeply and continuously without pausing between inhales and exhales. This practice can help you release tension, reduce stress, and increase your overall sense of well-being. By focusing on your breath and allowing it to flow freely, you can connect with your body and mind in a profound way that creates the conditions for healing and release of old beliefs, perceptions, and the pains and fears of past traumatic experiences.

Soundbath

After the breathing portion of this event, you will experience a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace with our soundbath session. I use a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and more, to create a soothing and meditative atmosphere. Let the vibrations of the sounds wash over you and leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

What to bring

Please bring with you the following items (these are NOT provided)

-pad or mat: The floor is not carpeted so a thick pad for comfort would be best

-Pillow: The pillow is optional and should not be thick. Should allow the neck to remain in alignment with the spine

Blanket: During breathwork the body temperature can fluctuate. It's nice to have a blanket close incase you get cold

Water bottle: the mouth can dry out quickly with breathwork. Please bring a bottle that can close incase it gets knocked over. No open bottles or cups that can't seal

Chapstick or lip balm: Dry lips don't feel good and they will dry out during breathwork.
